Mr. Bruce Matarazzo of Final Touch Painting Co., Lynbrook, New York.

Description Of Work: They painted a bedroom and two hallways.

The painting job was excellent. However, there was one slight mishap at the end when, a member of the family opened the
door and knocked over a can of paint on our carpet. The painters quickly addressed the spill and tried to clean up as much as
they could. They even paid for a carpet man to come out and repair the problem. They went over and beyond to fix problem

that was an accident. They showed on time, worked quickly and cleanly.

very fast estimates. He took my information and faxed me back an estimate that day, which was very impressive. I wanted
him to match a color, so he took it the paint store and was able to match it perfectly. His customers needs come first. I
really liked working with him and he's the sweetest guy.

Bruce, the owner, was honest, willing to help, and available when necessary. The work took 4 weeks, and the men who did
the job (2 brothers) worked hard every day including some Saturdays. They were respectful and pleasant at all times, and
even one day helped me move some large furniture from a POD in the driveway into the house. The price was excellent,
and the work was good. I highly recommend.

A skim coat of plaster was applied over a hallway walls in staircase area that extended up from floor of 1st floor to ceiling
of 2nd floor. Walls were combo of plaster that was in very poor flaky condition and sheetrock walls that did not match plaster
wall evenly. An oil based primer was applied first, then a skim coat of plaster, a primer coat and two coats of wall paint
applied to wall, ceiling and moulding trim also were painted.

Work was done as described in contract. Workmen were professional, showed up on time everyday and worked tirelessly three
days and left job site in very clean condition. My wife was very pleased with job and she is very particular about workmanship
in our house. Excellent job. I had received higher and lower estimates but would recommend this company to anyone who has
painting needs.

** What words of advice would you give other members considering this contractor? Use this man!
